I can't find this in the catalog, but it was a free gift in the November free gift with every order sale. I filled a tub with hot water and this and had my book and a cup of hot cider with cloves and cinnamon and I was in a very peaceful place. I slept 9 straight hours and didn't even get up to pee.
Definitely one I add to my daily routine to help inflammation. Great product
