This has been amazing for keeping me regular. I have given bottles to multiple of my coworkers and they have also reported quick relief. It doesn't work like magnesium citrate, but it works within a day or two with consistency, and offers a more natural/non toxic solution. I don't like taking OTC stuff (because it has long term effects on your gut that people don't often acknowledge). So this has truly been an amazing and more natural solution. Highly recommend
