I just started this and am very pleased. No drowsiness and it helped with my nose as it was blustery and blowing around my area which causes me to be miserable. Not so with this elixir.

Might take a day or two to work but after great sleep ahead !
It helps me too fall asleep and stay asleep . If I woke up in the middle of the night will help me fall back asleep !
