Shake well. Swish vigorously for 60 seconds, then spit.
Most people use it one of these ways:
1) Pre-rinse before brushing (my favorite way)
2) Swish, then tilt your head back and brush with it for extra coverage
Note: Not recommended for children who cannot properly rinse and spit.

Does it burn like regular mouthwash?
No—this one is alcohol-free, so you don’t get that harsh burn.
