There are the nutty, delicately smoked Adelheid and sharp and zesty 8-Year-Aged Cheddar, the mild and creamy Fratello and Dill Havarti, and finally, our famous Smoked Gouda, smoked in our natural wood-fired ovens here in Barron. We pair it with classic Wisconsin summer sausage from our very own Barron Sausage Co. Pair your meat and cheese with delicious Cherry Lavender jam from Wisconsin's own Bushel and Pecks, or a fine classic mustard from the artisans at Mustard and Co.
