I am only sad that I didn't try this adaptagen sooner. It gives you a calming soothing nice feeling. Not high if that's what your after you'll be disappointed, it's more of a soothing relief from yourself or your tricky mind. I find it to be very helpful with controlling anxiety and stress.

Helps my focus

I have ADHD and taking this along with Lion’s Mane has helped my focus tremendously. I also feel like it’s helped my postpartum rage as well! I’ll definitely order again!
