Description: Citronella Essential Oil is a species of tall perennial grass that is native to warm temperature climates. This is known as the "Java" type of citronella essential oil. Citronella oil is popularly used as an insect repellent. It can be found in dozens of registered pesticide products, such as sprays, lotions, and candles. It's added to sunscreen, wristbands, and flea collars. Due to its antifungal properties, citronella oil is also used to help heal insect bites.
