This is a simple process to apply, I apply this to my face neck area along with my tummy line and inner thighs. Never have I broken out, no side effects, completely natural, holistic ingredients. Eliminated my night sweats, and I have zero flare ups during the day!!

I have been in perimenopause probably for the last 4-5 years, if not longer. I had been struggling with hot flashes, night sweats, weight gain, mood swings, etc…all the fun things that middle age and menopause bring to your life 😬 I officially went into menopause in May but the hot flashes and sweats were getting unbearable so I reached out to Charity knowing that I do NOT want to do any Rx HRT and she suggested Happy Hormones.
