There are so many benefits to each type of mushroom included in the formula, and the taste is great. I can add a dropper to my organic coffee or just take it and chase it with water. This is my favorite tasting way to get these medicinal mushrooms. I've tried the "coffee" and alcohol tinctures, but this tincture tastes the best!
