Loving this castor oil

I haven’t been using this very long so there are still many uses I haven’t explored yet but currently using it for castor oil packs at night. I didn’t know the packs could help with sleep but I slept much better when I applied a castor oil pack before I went to sleep and I’m definitely feeling better. Can’t wait to see benefits the longer I use it.
